As general counsel to many small to mid-size corporations, including private universities and independent grocers, Ms. Kim has counseled clients in a variety of transactional and litigation fields, including but not limited to corporate governance, business operations and management, competitive business practices, contracts, employment-related matters, and franchise investment law.
